Annual Meeting - 10:00am 1. Call to order. 2. Election of commissioners / two seats / three year term. Candidates: Karl Frickelton / incumbent/ and Cindy Finn. Electors / who can vote: Property owners whose name appears on tax roll and their spouse even if Spouse is not listed. Official representative of an organization owning property in the district with a letter of authorization on the organizations letter head. A Lake District resident over 18 years of age that is a U.S. citizen. Acceptable proof of residency: Lease, utility bill or valid drivers license with A Lake District address. 3. Approve minutes of 2009 Annual meeting. 4. Annual audit report. 5. Treasurer report. Review and consider 2011 budget. Public comment. Elector vote to approve 2011 budget. 6. Lake management report. Board vote to approve Lake Management Plan changes. 7. Election results. 8. Adjourn. Quarterly Meeting - 11:15am 1. Call to order. 2. Approve minutes of June 5, 2010 Quarterly Meeting. 3.
